Jorge "PUCHI" Garcia called me to make my own visual interpretation of his poetic work "Son tiempos de humo". A challenge that I love because of the difficulty involved in transferring from one language to another. However, I felt it was a great opportunity to explore something that I learned from the masters of cinema that I admire. Film and poetry are more closely linked than film and prose can be.
